Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders through trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Steadfast is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@steadfastbeardco.com and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Steadfast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@steadfastbeardco.com with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to make it right.
